THE PROBLEM

To send someone tokens, they need a wallet first, and the payment sits on a public ledger next to their address. For payroll, grants and airdrops that loses the people without a wallet, and shows everyone who was paid what.

WHAT WE BUILT

zarf.to sends tokens to email addresses. You upload a list of emails; each recipient gets a link, signs in with Google and claims to a brand new wallet with no on-chain history. Teams use it for payroll in stablecoins, syndicates for private cap tables, communities for rewards.

HOW IT WORKS

    Send

    Upload a CSV of emails. The tokens wait in a Soroban smart contract on Stellar.

  2. 02

    Prove

    The recipient signs in with Google. A Noir circuit proves the signed Google token belongs to that email, without the email going on-chain.

  3. 03

    Claim

    An UltraHonk verifier on Soroban checks the proof, and the tokens go to a fresh wallet the recipient holds.
